These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by DataPath Solutions, Inc. (“DataPath”). By opting in to a DataPath SMS messaging program, you agree to receive text messages consistent with the consent you provided.

SMS Messaging Program

DataPath may send recurring SMS or MMS messages related to customer inquiries, service and support, scheduling, account or operational notifications, project and service updates, and other communications you request or authorize. Marketing or promotional messages, if offered, will be sent only where you have provided the appropriate consent.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with DataPath and the services or communications you request. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees in accordance with your wireless plan.

Opt-Out and Help

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any DataPath text message. After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again. Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number and for notifying DataPath if your number changes.

Carrier Availability and Liability

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network provider. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. SMS services may not be available on all carriers, devices, or in all locations.

Privacy
